Joe Roland was the owner at the time and he was very great, extremely punctual. All business but he was great. He retired and sold the business to someone named Jason and he was great too but now I called him but no answer. The phone number is still in order but I don't know what happened. Price-wise he was very reasonable and they responded quickly.

I had a problem, he had to come out a few times. He reset it and told me call him if it happens again. He only charged me the charge to come out, like forty bucks total. It happened again and so he came out and said I will need to replace it, and basically didn't charge me anything for that. If I call him and ask for the help he is there that same day for sure, he was here within an hour.

Wonderful job! Excellent service, quality work and product. Price beat other estimates by thousands.

Repeatedly during the night my heater would quit working for about 3 to 5 hours and then start running again.  I called Affordable Heat & Air, and they came out the same day.  Joe was professional and courteous and knew exactly what was wrong even though the heater was working when he arrived. He repaired it quickly for an extremely reasonable price, and it has worked perfectly since he left.

This is the third time I've had to call Affordable Heat & Air this summer. EVERY TIME, Joe has arrived within thirty or forty minutes. Each issue has been unrelated to the others, and instead of suggesting I just replace my pretty old unit, he has masterfully diagnosed and repaired each one. This time, it was the circuit board. He gave me an estimate for the board and labor, and left me to verify his solution overnight. I confirmed it for him the next morning, and he was there soon after to make the switch. He had underestimated the cost of the circuit board, so did not take any markup, in order to meet his estimate. This guy is incredible!! I'm not kidding.

I called at 3:00 pm on a Saturday.? NOT the time most businesses answer their phone. Joe arrived within 20 minutes. No. Joke. No. Exaggeration. Started pulling Things apart, cleaning, testing . . . a quick trip to the basement to pull the filthy filters - ther's been sheet-rocking going on here. :-(. I hate Sheetrock dust. Anyway, Affordable Plumbing gave me the perfect "Banda-bing, Banda- bang," service one can only dream of, with the exception of waiting around for Joe's gizmo to de-moisturizer and pressurize the repaired line. I can not say enough wonderful things about Affordable Plumbing. From over-hearing some of the calls that came as we waited for my line to clear, I suspect he keeps most of Tulsa running. Really.

They gave me a whole lot better price than another company; I was comparing prices.  They did a new air conditioner for probably almost half of what the other company wanted.  I got a very good deal in it.  The guy rounded off the bill and even knocked a couple of hundred more dollars off the total cost.  It is a good company and I would recommend them.

Parents- My parents condenser has not been working since November 2011 and they finally replaced it in June 2012. We called around and the prices we received were very high. We got Joe Smith's contact from a good family member. He spend time with my dad and mom and his price was extremely reasonable and his service was excellent. 
Brother and sister- They came home and their AC was not cooling. We called Joe and even though he was busy that day, he made it to my siblings' homes after 9pm. He charged them very reasonably to add freons to their condenser as well.
