Fred came to our home, said he could not fix it there, and took the computer in for repair, assuring us that they could fix it. I asked if I needed to back everything up first as several things were for a ministry in which we serve and not our own. He assured me they would back everything up before beginning the work and it could not possibly be lost. When he returned the computer, hooked it up, and left, I checked for both the ministry things and our personal things he had promised to save. Many were lost and there were still things not working right. My husband called three times a day before Fred finally returned our call. We asked for the disc he had saved our stuff on, but were told there was nothing on it and that there was nothing that could be done about the things that were lost. He had to "walk my husband through" several steps to finish fixing what they were supposed to have done.
