hardwood floor
 + -1 moreThe installers did a good job with all the prep work and kept the area neat and clean as best they could. The hardwood floors were installed very well with no space in between slats and they also did a good job installing around the fireplace hearth and bathroom cabinets and bathtub. They were efficient in the installation, finishing a day ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with the stain color and finish. We had an issue with some drops of finish not getting smoothed out in a small area and the owner was prompt in addressing the issue and quickly called my husband back to let him know his crew would sand and reapply the finish in that area again. When the owner and his crew came out to fix the area, he looked over the floor once more and decided to reapply the finish to the entire hardwood area. We were very impressed he did this. The crew and office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this company. We love our floors!!!!
Description of Work: We had hardwood floors installed in our living room, dining room, hallway, utility room and guest bathroom. The company removed baseboards, carpet and linoleum in the areas beforehand and also tacking strip and staples. The installers put down the sub floor and did other necessary prep work before wood floors were installed. After installation, they stained the floors and put down 3 coats of finish. Although the baseboards were suppose to be put back on, they weren't in good shape so the company adjusted our estimate and we had someone else put down new baseboards.
