I shopped several plumbing companies for rates and estimates and although this company was not the cheapest I liked the professionalism of the office staff and her explanation that their rate ($59) to send a technician was applied towards the final bill. I gave her the tenant's contact information and they set the appointment. When the plumber arrived he called me and diagnosed the problem of an outdated pipe that needed to be replaced with a final cost of $134. When he was done he called me and I gave him a credit card number over the phone.
The next day the tenant called and said the toilet tank was leaking from the bottom where the pipe went into the tank. I called the company again and they sent the same plumber to the rent house. He called me from the house and told me the charge would be $198 to repair the leak! I asked him if I heard him correctly - that he was going to charge me nearly $200 to replace a 69 cent gasket ring and he said "yes, the tank wasn't leaking yesterday, this isn't covered under the one year warranty". I told him he could leave the premises and called the office. They spoke with the plumber and called me back and said the same thing. I told the tenant to catch the leak until my husband could check it out a few days later. The ring did not need replacing; he merely tightened the fitting which the plumber had apparently knocked loose while replacing the pipe from the wall.
The plumber was at the house twice within 24 hours and wanted to charge me an EXTRA $200 to do an adjustment that should have been checked on his first visit and would have taken him maybe 10 seconds at the most to complete! Sadly, it is their loss as we own several rental units and are in the process of acquiring more this spring; some of which I expect will need plumbing repairs beyond our capacity in ability or time to repair ourselves. I will keep shopping for an honest and fair plumbing company.
Also, this plumbing company's telephone is answered by a Broken Arrow HVAC company. They won't get our HVAC business either.

I came home from trip and it looked like I had a waterfall on the front of my house. I was afraid I had busted pipes, I called the and they were out the very next morning. they completed the job quickly and in a timely manner.

Arrived over an hour late and did not call. Pipes (sani-tees) were installed crooked. The Technician claimed that the tub/shower valve was the wrong one for the diverter, and I had to explain to him how it fit together. Did not clean up afterwards! Left broken drywall pieces, pipe, dust everywhere! Didn't even sweep into the corner...it was a mess! I had used them before on a smaller job. I had a similar experience the first time, but was willing to believe it was an anomaly and give them another chance. Big mistake.

The technician held to the quote I was given even though he encountered unexpected problems and special parts.

Work was performed well, but the "affordable" company actually charges more than other licensed plumbers and rounds work time up to the next hour rather than charging for a partial hour. My job took 2 1/2 hours and I was charged for 3 hours, which is the correct billing practice according to the company. I had purchased a shower knob (2 came in the box) a faucet and a shower head. I did not have the shower head installed. The plumber took my new shower head and extra knob I purchased with him. I had to call the company to ask for it back.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL, BUT ALTHOUGH I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THEY RESPONDED, THEY STILL DID A GOOD JOB AND FINISHED VERY QUICKLY. THE PRICING WAS ALSO VERY DECENT.

THEY LIVED UP TO THEIR NAME AND GOT ME THE BEST DEAL THERE WAS TO BE HAD. THEY ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THEY DID GOOD WORK. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THIS COMPANY.
