It was great.  He was really good.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Brad and he confirmed my appointment the day of.  Then he texted when he was on his way to my home so the communication was excellent.   He was on time and walked through with me to discuss what I needed done.   Then he went to work and worked very hard to clean my very light colored frieze carpet.    He even attempted to remove an ink stain that I didn't expect him to even work on - I kept it covered with a throw rug.    He didn't try to up-sell a bunch of unnecessary services.   He came to clean the carpet and he did exactly that - he didn't charge extra for pre-treating like my prior provider did.   He also steam cleaned two large wool area rugs.   (Please note:  I took full responsibility for any damage that steam cleaning might do to these wool rugs - steam cleaning is not recommended for wool but in my experience it works well and I hadn't invested enough in my wool rugs to merit hand cleaning - which costs as much as I had paid for the rugs.)     I had moved the area rugs to a tile floor so they could be cleaned and not damage my wood floors.    He had to clean one and then move it to another room to dry and then clean the remaining one.   It was hard work.    My rugs turned out really good and no loss of color or anything damaged.   My carpet was noticeably cleaner!   He was able to get stains out of the carpet (with the exception of the ink which was spilled there 8-9 years ago and I didn't expect it to be removed).     My husband actually commented on the dramatic difference!     I would also add that I am on the outer limits of his service area.    Brad was so easy to work with and he really works hard for his customers.   He wants to earn your repeat business.   He would check with me when he finished a room / rug to see if it met my expectations.   I appreciate him and highly recommend him.    He is a sole proprietor and is no-frills but he does the job and does it right.

I found advantage on groupon. I was very satisfied with his service. We had our entire house carpet cleaned. I would use again and recommend to others.
