ADMIRAL SECURITY
About us
Admiral Security has been locally owned and operated in Tulsa for nearly 30 years. All of our technicians are state licensed & insured. Oklahoma requires all locksmiths to undergo full background checks and must carry their license at all times. There are many so-called "locksmiths" in the area that are neither state licensed nor insured. This can cause HUGE problems for the home-owner or business owner if problems should arise. All of our technicians carry their license on them on all service calls, and our license is on display in our retail store at all times. We would be more than happy to show you, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask us. We also have very experienced commercial door repair technicians that can handle anything from a commercial door closer adjustment, to a complete commercial door and frame replacement. Give us a call today at 918-582-4988 and let us help you secure your future.

"First of all, thank you for your feedback & we appreciate your business. Second, we regret that you weren’t completely satisfied on this job, and want to assure you that this is not a typical problem for us. In fact, you are the first to bring it to our attention. Nevertheless, we want to address it, so it won’t happen again. Typically, when we do large jobs for commercial customers, we are provided with detailed written instructions, including floor plans, showing exactly how the customer wants the doors keyed. In addition, we deal with just one person at the business. By doing this, we drastically reduce the communication problems that arise when we do only a walk-around and have one or more persons(s) verbally telling us how they want doors keyed. Factor in multiple people telling us how to key the different doors, and problems easily arise. Like most service industry companies, we follow a pricing schedule for the work we do, and our jobs are billed accordingly. Unfortunately, another problem that occurs when we aren’t provided with floor plans and written instructions, is that it is almost impossible for us to give an accurate estimate. As a result of your feedback, on large jobs like yours, we now ask to be provided with floor plans and written instructions before we will give an estimate on the job. We hope that this will eliminate the communication problems that arose on your job. Also, we recently moved into a larger, very modern storefront, and hope you will enjoy visiting us there. We look forward to doing business with you again in the future. Again, thank you for your feedback and your continued business."
