The staff at Accent took time to answer my many questions quickly and accurately (usually within an hour!) and I always felt they were working hard for me and protecting my interests. For example, the agent recommended we counter with a lower offer, which meant money saved for me, and less commission for him - they truly were there to serve me! I felt I had a friend guiding me along the way.
