THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID WITH MY COMPUTER. THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND I HAD MY COMPUTER BACK AND WORKING THE SAME DAY THAT I TOOK IT IN. THAT'S WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
