About Plumbing

"This post should be removed, if you read all of my reviews, I come to customers house without charging for a service call, which cost me money to do, since I spend money on truck insurance, gasoline, at 8 miles per gallon, then after arrival, and greeting my customers, I listen to what they need done, then checked every repair needed and give them a price, a contract price for the work needed to be done. So this lady was no difference than any other customer of mine. She had a clogged toilet, which was fixed, also I told her she needed to replace the ballcocks on the toilets but she didn't agree on that. I also replace a shower filter, which she supplied, and remove an item on one of her faucets, I also spend time to explain to her about the filter she wanted to replace for the whole house and told her I will have to do some research on a sink faucet she needed to have replace. As plumbing contractors, we charge per item repair, per hour and rebuilt the whole house as she wanted, she mention she had a handyman done some work for her, and they couldn't fix the toilet and didn't know how to install the filters. Once I was done I give her the bill to which she complaint!!! even though she had agreed with the price before hand. Then she called saying that her son wanted itemized bill as the labor for each item, so I sent a letter which explain in detail, then she treat me about calling her lawyer, and even call me names and yell and told me to shut up, very rude and wanted things done for free. So I told her to call her lawyer and everyone else she would like and I would deal with them directly, I am still willing to do that, any day and any time, She is a rude and wants thing for free, so I totally disagree with this report, and should be removed. I there is any other question or concern I am open for it."
