+ -1 moreThe tech was confident, friendly and did a good job. My problem is when i called to set up an appointment the rudeness of the person was horrible. First time was actually hung up on when i tried to explain my work schedule. Just wanted to set up for a time i was available. This last time, i was told they would return my call in a few minutes, I called back 8 times during the day, did not hear back from them till 2 days later they called at 1230 knowing i was at work. 2 days is not acceptable to me when told a few minutes.

Description of Work: Excellent service and fair pricing. Called for dishwasher and clothes dryer. After he fixed the dishwasher we found that the dryer was working. Service man indicated dryer motor was going out so he did not repair and did not charge for the dryer. Very friendly service.
