The tech was confident, friendly and did a good job. My problem is when i called to set up an appointment the rudeness of the person was horrible. First time was actually hung up on when i tried to explain my work schedule. Just wanted to set up for a time i was available. This last time, i was told they would return my call in a few minutes, I called back 8 times during the day, did not hear back from them till 2 days later they called at 1230 knowing i was at work. 2 days is not acceptable to me when told a few minutes.
