quick diagnosis and sale of new roller, vacuum works fine now.

It went great. My only 'small' disappointment is I had a new high quality bag in my vac when I took it in and I had only used it once. It was replaced with a paper bag. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the work and service. I would recommend ABC Vacuums and will use them again if needed.

I recently took my Bissell Carpet Steamer to ABC Vacs in Tulsa because I thought the vacuum motor had gone out on it.  The man in the store took one look at it, told me the front plastic piece had broken off and that was why it had no suction.  He said that a part that cost about $25 would fix it.  So I bought the part and my steamer now works.  He could have told me that he would have to take it apart for $40 and find what was wrong.  Then he could have said that for $$ he would put a new motor on it for me.. And I would never have known the difference.  Honesty is such a rare commodity anymore that I tend to be suspicious of everyone.  I was so appreciative of the expertise and honesty of ABC Vacs.
