The contractor took a week to complete work. He had to contact the storage company to get a new lock with keys. The contractor was very courteous.

They were quick to respond, even though I was far out for them. After my only truck key broke, they made me a new set on the spot and got me going again. Price was also very reasonable.

Wonderful! He was prompt and opened the door very quickly. His price was very reasonable, especially since it was night, and he accepted a check since I didn't have enough cash. When I told him the garage door would try to open but then stop, he went out to look at it, and he told me who to call to replace the torsion bar. I now have ABC Lock & Key's name and phone number in my contacts on my cell phone.

Scott Dodson, owner of ABC Lock & Key has been out to assist me with several different auto related issues. From changing a flat tire to unlocking my car when I've locked the keys in the car- the service is always prompt, professional and affordable. He is ALWAYS available and usually arrives within 30 minutes of the call. I have a terrible habit of locking my keys in my car- and I've done it enough times that I know Scott on a first name basis. :-/ When I locked my keys in the car last December at my bank located next to my work- I decided to just walk back to the office and called him before I was scheduled to leave for the day. It was below freezing and terribly windy, so he told me to stay in my office until he was finished and he would call me when he was done. By the time I got back down there, he had the heater running in my car and all of the paperwork ready for me to sign and be on my way. The extra mile Scott is willing to go for all of his customers really makes all of the difference. This most recent time I needed him to completely replace my keys, and he was at my house within an hour of me calling- which saved me over $70 alone from not having to have my vehicle towed to the dealership. Then he charged me half of what the dealership wanted for the actual service and did not charge me for the house call. I've referred him to several friends who needed locksmith services for their home and business as well- and all have been just as satisfied as I am. Will obviously be using him in the future.
