The fence is beautiful, and the crew was great, but the communication was abysmal. I was quoted a 2 week wait, but they lost the contract and it took 2 months to get to me, They NEVER initiated a communication, except for the bill. they dug one hole off their line and damaged my sprinkler system - the crew tried to do the right thing and fix it, but the shop said no - but they did not call me to tell me and left me with a partially repaired break and an open hole- with NO notice.

The driveway slopes, and Aaron adjusted the opening and the new gate so that it looks great, exactly fits the opening, and works for the first time in years. GReat job!

The estimator did not call to let us know when the crew was to arrive. They showed up unannounced but ready to go. The crew, Raul and Eusevio, did an excellent job working with us on the placement of the fence and working around existing shrubs and trees. Raul always stop to ask to make sure we were in agreement before continuing on. He also gave us good advice on the fence design, gates and setup. Overall we are very pleased with the fence despite the home office sending them out unannounced.

I contacted the company on July 3. A representative came to the site and prepared an estimate on July 8, telling me the fence would be installed in about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks passed I began calling, daily, and was told each time that they would be there and quot;soon.and quot; They finally installed the fence on August 29 - almost 2 months after I contacted them. The workmen left without my having a chance to see the fence; when I examined it there were four split pickets, some split all the way from top to bottom. They had just nailed the broken pickets up and left. Considering there were only about 60 pickets total, that's a pretty bad percentage. My husband called to request that they come back and replace the broken pickets, which they agreed to do and promised a date when it would be done; that date came and went. After calling several times again, we finally got the pickets replaced. I know this company has been around a long time, but I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else - it was one of the most frustrating contractor experiences we have had.

I needed an automatic gate opener and found this contractor on Angie's List. I am extremely pleased with the product they installed, the price I paid and their commitment to the job. Installation day, Bob Taft was prompt on arrival and timely in completion. There were no hold ups nor delays. He explanined the operation of the unit in very clear detail.
A minor problem developed a few weeks after installation. Bob was adamant about fixing it immediately.
I was impressed with the total commitment to the job and functioning of their installation. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

They showed up for the estimate when they said they would and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They did a great job, left no mess, were delightful to work with; several neighbors asked for their info because they watched them work and were so impressed. These guys are absolutely the best I've found since I moved here: I wished that divisions that did flooring, cabinets, etc. because I would hire them for everything. If you need any work done that they can do you should have Aaron do it.

They gave me great customer service, and did what they said they were going to do and went above and beyond what I asked them to do. They did a great job. The salesman did a great job and had really good customer service. I will use them again in the future.

We've worked with other fencing companies, but Aaron's Fencing has been the best. They've always been dependable, their prices are competitive, and everything always goes well. We've done a lot of big projects and they've always done a good job.

Overall, I would rate them A's on everything. They were great.

Project was on schedule and on budget. No headaches at all.

A lightning strike "fried" our electronic gate opener. Bob T. of Aaron Fence Co. determined that the entire unit would have to be replaced and placed the order. Some weeks later, he came and installed a new DoorKing circuit board and keypad. He entered our security codes and everything seemed to check out ok. About two months later, we discovered that any code entered would open the gate. I don't fault Bob for failing to discover this, because who would imagine this would happen. He immediately rush ordered a replacement circuit board and replaced the defective unit. Bob noticed during his visits that some of the finials on our iron gate and fence were broken or missing. He replaced all of these for no charge.

The fence was 25 years old but held up well until recent 40+ mile per hours winds blew down 5 sections of it. The post broke off at the concrete at ground level. I called 4 different companies for bids. Each was fairly prompt at coming out for an estimate. All four companies came up with bids from $1820 to $1960. A couple of the companies reps said it would be several weeks before they could get to it. Roger with Aaron fence came out and gave me an estimate that was slightly higher than the others but when I called him, he was able to bring his bid in near the lowest bid. I had seen Aaron's work before and knew they did quality work. After I gave them the go ahead they were out on Friday the 29th the set up and were removing the old fence on Tuesday the 3rd. Posts were installed the same day and all the trash was removed immediately. Thursday the 5th they came out in the afternoon and completed the installation. The fence is dead straight and perfectly level. It looks great. I was out of town when the work was done but my wife was there and said they were quick and efficient. Roger called me both days to let me know what was going on and make sure that we were on the same page. roger told me he would just send me a bill but when I got back in town I went by their office and settled up. They were all very nice including the office personnel. I have no problem recommending them.

Compared to every other bid I had gotten in the area they were the lowest priced. They were very knowledgeable and punctual. There was no mess. Overall, they did a great job.

Very professional. Looked at the existing fence and reported any concerns and reviewed with us and the neighbor.

I would have liked to give this company a stellar rating - their prices are good, the quality is good, their craftsmen are good but the frustration I encountered trying to get the salesperson/estimator to return a call was monumental. I'm getting ready to replace more fence and we won't be using them.

The fencing project Aaron did for us went very well. The persons performing the work did an excellent job and we are very pleased with a great looking quality fence. We had a few special requests and my contact with Aaron Fence was very responsive and saw to it that our requests were met. We would definitely recommend Aaron Fence Co. for any fence projects.

Tear down, clean up in one day, set posts and a couple days later the fence was complete. Great job.

It went well. Their price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received form other service providers on Angie's List. Workmanship was excellent and completed on time and for the price quoted.

Aaron fence responded very quickly to fix my fencing problem. I have a very large yard and a lot of my fence was damaged by flooding. Within two days a large portion of my fence was moved in to better ground and they went on to re-cement some of the post on another side of my property. The husband and wife team who did the work was amazing. I would recommend this company highly. Work was done quickly, neatly and very much to my satisfaction.

Well, the overall experience was good but the price could have been a little lower. They were not the cheapest company that we had found but they weren't the most expensive either. I am sorry but I am really not sure of the round about price.
