AAA Septic Tank

He was on time, very professional and friendly. We were very happy with the work he performed, and the advice given.

We were very pleased with AAA's service.  They were prompt and completed the job in a professional manner.  In addition, they advised how to prevent future problems to make sure we didn't need them for anything except routine maintenance.

we had drain water from the washer backing up.. we called them and they were here within an hour..

they told us that they would of opened the tank.. we had already dug it up and it took us awhile to dig and find the opening.. they were very friendly, very helpful..

Mike came out and told me that the septic tank was completely full, which it was.  He then came back with another guy and a second truck to pump it out.  He stated that it was so full that there could be solids in the lift station and that he would probably have to backflush the lateral lines.  The pumping took about 3 hours and he wanted a check for $3800 to pump out the septic tank and flush the lateral lines.  He also stated that he thought the pump lift station had solids in it and would have to be flushed also, which he never did.  I watched to see what they were doing.  The pump lift station is designed so that no solids get into the lift station where the water is pumped out. I had to go to work, so I gave him a check.  They were gone within 5 minutes.  I called him back and told him he had literally robbed me, since he never flushed the lateral lines and he had way way overcharged for the pump out.  I verified this with other companies which do the same thing.  This same thing happened on August 9, 2013 when I paid him $5000 to do virtually the same thing.  I had so many things going on at that time, I did nothing about it though.  I have since then found out what has to be done to flush the lateral lines and what the going rate for pumping a tank out is.  I have stopped payment on the $3800 check and have no intention of paying him anything else.  He already clipped me for $5000 in 2013 and should pump out the septic tank several more times for free considering what I have paid him.  He is totally dishonest and a crook.  When I spoke with him on the phone he could not deny that he did nothing to the lateral lines and told me he would come check again to make sure they were ok.  I told him that was not the point.  I had paid him for a service I did not need or receive and pointed out that he had gotten away with it last year, but he was not going to get away with it this time.  I understand from one of my neighbor's who lives close by that he is the son of the man who owned the business.  Whoever he is, he is a crook and robs people that he thinks will not know any better.  You really should try and do something about him.  I do not intend to let him have one more penny of my money for anything.

It went OK. They were prompt.

The septic tank is working fine.  The system is over 30 years old and the fellow that came out suggested that part of the lateral lines may have to be redone in the future is the tank keeps backing up.

It has gone well so far.

They came and emptied my septic and said it would be $400. The guy who cleaned it out was very rude, and said I was the caused the problem. He said that I needed to clean out all of my lines and it would be $3000.
