Took lawnmower in and got some valuable information about how to maintain small engine machinery - info that will save me a trip to the repair shop and store equipment correctly in the winter.
Got a call when it was ready and was told that the only problem was I just didn't tighten the new blade I installed causing it to rattle and vibrate like it had a main bearing out. Most places would have charged a full hour to fix something that took them 5 minutes - not A-Bell; service technician was very honest, great to talk to (didn't talk down to me) and mentioned another repair I could do on my own and save about $70.00.
I have used A-Bell in the past and cannot say enough about how good their customer service and repairs. That being said, because they do great work they are usually busy so expect 2-3 week turn time for repairs.
The other thing I like about A-Bell is that as long as it is a small engine they will repair it, unlike some other places (hear me Smith Lawn & Garden!) that only work on brands they sell.
