The service was done on time and as expected.

Guillermo's cleaning services exceeded expectations. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and made my carpets look brand new. Can not say enough good things about his company and their cleaning services which were excellent and well priced!

I was very satisfied with the result of the work. Guillermo and his nephew were early and stayed until all the work was done and we were completely satisfied. I have used them before and WILL use them again because their prices are fair and reasonable. Everything was MUCH cleaner when they were done. They were there for more than 3 hours because it had been a while since we had the furniture done.

It went really well. I called Guillermo, set up the appointment and they showed up on the scheduled day & did a very thorough job on three area rugs and two narrow kitchen rugs. I was very happy with the work as well as the demeanor of the technician [Guillermo's brother]. We were also very satisfied with the price of the job - $70.00 for 5 rugs of varying sizes. A very fair price we thought.

They spotted the dirty spots on the carpet then steam cleaned it and did a great job. My tile was really dirty - not only did the grout need attention but the tile has groves in it that traps dirt. They went to work and my tile looks better now than when it was installed! They did a perfect job, I was amazed at how good it looks! They were very courteous and professional! I will use them twice a year to keep my tile looking great!

The owner was very professional. I called them to clean the carpet and tile/grout in my mother's home after she moved out. She has Alzheimer's and she did not always remember to put the dog outside on a regular basis. The owner and his son first cleaned the carpet and I was so impressed that I asked them to come back later in the week and do the tile/grout. When the realtor came in to list the house she said the house was better than new. Aand G was able to get the pat stain and odor out. The owner did say that since it was a small dog that likely very little reached the padding which contributed to the wonderful results. I would recommend this company. The listing agent was also impressed with the results and took cards to pass out to potential customers.

Mario gave it everything he had to attempt to lift the stain. Ultimately he was not 100% successful but not due to lack of effort. I knew when making the call that the odds of complete removal of oil based mahogany wood stain form a light beige carpet were slim. the immpressive thing was the prompt response. As long as I had him there, I asked him to do a quick cleaning of the traffic areas, which he did. I was more than happy with the $50 charge considering what a servpro or servicemaster would have charged for the same service and probable same result. I have used Aand G before and will continue to do so.

Our technician was very polite and good. He cleaned up after himself and was very thorough. He did a phenomenal job with over 3,000 sq. ft. of carpet. The price was very good too.

Guillermo arrived on time, very personable man. He looked over everything and went to work. This house is 22 years old with original carpet. Most look new. The most worn still look worn, but much improved. The stairs look great. He did say it would dry in 2-3 hrs, but some areas took nearly 24 hrs. to be REALLY dry. We're very pleased.

They arrived on time. Was very courteous, used caution with all the hoses so as not to damage door facings or furniture that was not moved.

We used the cleaning services in a vacant home that we had just purchased. Very professional, fast, thorough, and offered some advise regarding the type of carpet and wearing. Our carpet looks brand new and smells great! I would recommend and would use again.
