Nothing fixed. Run away don't walk.

"This is like blaming a mechanic because you wrecked your car. The customer already had two problems that she herself created. 1. She had downloaded some garbage or her computer. 2. Her external hard drive was broken. She would not allow me enough time to fully resolve the first problem. Something like that takes time to resolve. How is it my fault that her external hard drive had failed? I did not sell it to her, nor did I install it. I told her the only real solution was to send it off to Drive Savers. They could then recover her data. I gave her info on that. If she has problem with her PC, she needs to call me. My work is warranted for 30 days."

I HAD GOTTEN WAY TO MANY VIRUSES FOR MY COMPUTER TO HANDLE. IT SEEMED LIKE IT COULDN'T EVEN LOG IN WITHOUT CRASHING. I MANAGED TO SAVE MOST OF MY FILES AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEM SETTING MY COMPUTER UP THE WAY IT WAS ONCE THEY WERE DONE.
