Hired First Choice a few months ago. Technician only fixed one problem and did not check the refrigerant level as they claimed. We had to call to get this problem fixed which could be done on their first service call.

Rick arrived right on time, within 7 hours of my first phoning 1st Choice HVACR. I had requested an appointment later in the day, which they were happy to accommodate. He went to work right away, identifying the problem as improper wiring in my upstairs unit. They did not charge me any more than the cost of the service call. He made the repair quickly and was out the door. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. I would certainly use 1st Choice again.

I couldnt of asked for better service. He came the same day that I had called. On time and fixed everything extremely quickly! I have had them come out on three different occasions and if I have any more issues, they'll be the ones I'll call!
