Pest Control
It went well at first when we had them come do a pest and Termite inspection in the Spring of 2014. The previous year they treated an area that had termites. When conducting the 2014 inspection we were told the termites had not returned so bug treatment was applied. Shortly after that, 2 months I was having bugs and scorpions in the house and they retreated my home but charging me again. I asked why, and don't they guarantee their previous work and was told only for 30 days. At a $100 a treatment this could get expensive so I was not happy. 2 weeks later, within their 30 guarantee, I tried to contacted them again due to finding MORE scorpions in the house but got no answer and left messages and they never responded. At this time I parted ways with them. Now I am selling my house and during the new pest inspection for the buyer the termites were located in the exact same area that was supposedly treated and exterminated. The new pest control company suggests they have been there so a long time making me believe they were not exterminated as Advantage One claimed. We called them afterwards and once again, no answer and no call back. Very disappointed.
