Due to tornado damage, shingles were missing on our roof. We had one layer of shingles on the roof ,so we decided to go with a metal roof installed over the shingles due to in this area. Materials were ordered once we received our deposit from insurance. Materials arrived within 4 weeks. Scheduling of work took about 2 more weeks due to his work load and our scheduled vacation.
The 26 gauge metal roof was installed on a hip roof including 3 valleys and under eave trim (facia). Roof was completed in within 4 days of construction start. They cleaned up the work site each day and kept us notified of their progress.
We have had some windy conditions and rain and have had no issues with the roof.
We are very happy with the work performed and plan to use this company again to build a metal garage.
