Job incomplete and want me to turn it over to another a/c company without regard for the tenant in 100+ degree weather. Tenant's had to go and stay somewhere else overnight. I will credit the Tenant's on a few days rent when it is all said and done. With the job incomplete I feel like I do not owe them any money. I pay when the job is complete. He asked me to turn it over to another and didn't say he would send a bill or anything. I have paid them 0.00 and it is not the money to me it is the completion of the work.
Description of Work: Have used Eden A/C several times with a lot of luck. This time was in my mind unexcuseable how they treated me and the Tenant. Tenant called complained about the a/c not cooling. Travis and Rex Eden went out and checked unit. They were prompt in arriving as always before. Used water hose to clean out and checked the gauges and system and said it worked fine. The following day the unit was still not blowing very hard but was blowing cool. It wasn't able to keep up with the capacity. The temperature was 105 degrees and this is a mobile home. Unit is about 5 years old. Called and asked them to please go back out the following day and again they went out fairly quick. Or I should say Travis did. I received this message on my cell exactly "Yes Brandon, this is Travis Eden, I'm still out here on this mobile home and the fan motor was running and everything when I started and it quit. I went back and it had a bad run capcitor, I put a new capacitor and it didn't fire off. So that means that your indoor blower motor is bad. I am going to go ahead and close it up I can't do you any good on it. If you would go ahead and call somebody else cause Rex was suppose to be doing this and when we were coming back he ran and hid on me somewhere and I am just tired of messing with that boy. So if you can find somebody else Brandon go ahead. I don't like working on rent property to start with. You are about one of the few that is left that I did anything on. You have a good day best that can be expected. The folks have gone to be with somebody else who lives here and I am going to lock the house up. They left the door where I could lock it up. I am going to go ahead and kill it at the breaker on the pole. It is all up to you now young man Bye Bye." I can handle someone telling me upfront that they can't do it because it is a rental property and they don't want to work on it. I have used Eden A/C many times but when you start a job you definitely need to finish it. They left without regard to my tenant or me and I can't use them again on a Service Call.
