the owner started the work and the offices he was to build were not the right dimensions as agreed in the contract. the bathroom was constructed in the executive office and the bathroom was not insulated and the toilet and sink freezes in the winter. In August 2009 water was on the inside carpet under all three new windows and nowhere else. we took pictures and showed the damage to Tracy he agreed the windows were not sealed correctly and would have his window guy come out to the site the window guy claimed that it was not coming from the window we have pictures that show the window separation glass from the window trim the window trim was not sealed on the outside of the building and one of the window flanges is upside down facing upwards and catching water as it runs down the building. Tracy advised that water was coming from the back of the building on the floor and leaking by the windows. we asked why was he resealing the windows then and to prove it. there are several feet separating the windows and other wall areas of the office and water is only by the window if water is traveling it should go all the way down 100 feet of the building. in october 2009 Tom Cooper in my office contacted Tracy Bryant and told him the new roof repair leaks and all three new windows he put in were leaking that day the roofing crew showed up and started resealing parts of the roof they did not repair the leaking windows and advised they would call Tracy Bryant the construction company. the roof continues to leak and the company has been non responsive and has not fixed the leaking roof it has leaked since the first day of repair. the company never insulated the new bathroom and they adsvised us that they will not insulate the new bathroom area. The check list given to the company has never been completed. The repairs we will have to make to Bryant Construction company mistakes will cost $10,000.00
