Walmart Tire & Lube Express - Tahlequah

I went to Wal-mart for tires against my better judgement. I had heard horror stories about log wait times and damage done to vehicles that was not repaired. I pulled into the tire and lube center and had to walk into the workshop area to find a service person. I waited for almost twenty minutes to have a guy walk me back out to my car so he could get my vehicle information. After informing him of the need for two tires on the front and to have the front tires rotated to the back he took my keys and sent me on into the store with a promise the vehicle would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Keep in mind I had already been waiting for almost half an hour at this point and thought this would be an acceptable time. Instead of wandering the store and falling into temptation of making other purchases that I really didn't need at the time I opted to sit in the waiting area of the tire and lube center. After waiting for approximately 45 minutes I received a call on my cell phone from the serviceman. He stated they did not have the tires I had asked for (and been promised they had in stock). I opted for a comparable tire and thought it would be pretty quick since they were calling me. I ended up waiting for over two more hours for them to finish the tire change. this was an unpleasant experience from start to finish and would recommend anyone find a different place to get their tires from.
