I tried to get an estimate on what the work would cost a week before I took them in, but was told I would have to tell him how much I could afford and he would quit working on the vehicles when he reached that price. Since he was the only mechanic that could do the work over spring break so I relented and took the vehicles to him. He also assured me that he could have both vehicles done by the end of the week before I had to get back to work. At weeks end he had used apoxy to fix the leak in the washer fluid tank, and changed the belt on the other truck. None of the other work had been done. He charged me $290 for the work he did. He also advertises that he is a AAA mechanic but they have never heard of him.
