I hired him in the last part of October, scheduled to be done by the end of November. This went on until January when we had an ice storm. He never showed up after this. He had left sides open on my new roof over the porch, what fascia board he replaced he used particle board. I had to hire someone to come through and fix everything. They re-installed fascia on the front porch, closed in the sides of the porch. He left a quarter part of the roof in the rear with old shingles. My roofer just told me that it appeared that the previous work had not been done with new felt, that he just used the old felt already there when he initially tore the shingles off. He was a very slow worker. He started complaining that he wished he never took this job.
