It took longer than I expected. Communication could of been better. They had to come out to the house twice. They never called and let me know when they were coming. When I sent in my estimate approval, I didn't hear anything back. I almost hired another company.

They did an excellent job! About a month later, a wind storm tore one shingle off and they came out the day I called them and repaired it , no cost because it was still under warranty

The work was done for the price given on the estimate. The job was started and finished within a very timely manner and the work is excellent. All old materials were removed and the new roof looks great! I am very happy with my experience with Oliver Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality installer.

The installation went smoothly and crew was extremely friendly. They cleaned up each day and tried to clean up almost everything. I believe they cleaned up about 95% of the debris. Some stuff seemed like it just got away from them. The only real thing that bothered me was the cigarette butts that they needed to clean up. But overall, I would hire and recommend in a heartbeat.

The work was excellent and timely. In the past they have given me the best price estimate for work on my flat roof and followed up with timely fix when a leak appeared at the edge. Their prices are competitive and honest.

They got us in to their schedule, we had coupons from the manufacturer that cut a good amount off the cost of the materials. If they hadn't got us in quick then we would have had to pay an additional 3,500 to 4,000.

Unique roof problems and this contractor tried to fix but situation out of his expertise. After more deteriation of building, this roofer gave up and left me with original problems and dollars poorer.

"Member, Our records indicate that on or about December 4th 1998 we roofed the Front Awing of the building at 304 6th Street in Perry for the owner of the building and your were our contact person. This building was built in the early 1900's and the roof we installed was a hot tar roof in the amount of $1,823.00. I am not sure if you have retained your records from 14 years ago but we still have ours. Our Roofing company has never used a foam roofing system in the past or present. To be honest we have never been a fan of foam roofing ourselfs and decided to pass on buying the equipment required to install such roofs. I do have records of your reporting a leak and a refund was issued to the building owner to have the awning re-painted. I assumed everything was good at that point."

I've always like Oliver Roofing. Their pricing is a little high, but they do great work. They clean up well and work diligently.
