Landon is who came and cleaned out my dryer vent for our house we just bought. He also mounted our 4 TVs. He did a great job and let us know what he was doing and did the job right. I appreciated his help and I will definitely hire him again if needed. Iâ d recommend Landon to anyone.

Do not hire these people, no matter what other people have said about them. At the outset, let me say that I agreed to everything they did. What I paid was $1,000 for nothing. Initially, I called them because I installed the Fire Stick, and was having trouble understanding it. Landon suggested I use it, so I agreed, and he set it up. From the very beginning, I absolutely hated it but kept it thinking that I would eventually like it. Landon was really enamored with it. The first time he came to my house, he recommended upgrading my computer. Why I do not know, but I trusted his recommendation. I had been completely happy with my two-year-old computer, but let him take out the CPU that came with the computer and install a newer one, which did not do anything to speed it up. The next visit was to give additional help with Youtube TV, because I still hated it, but hoped that Landon would be able to clear up my concerns. Instead, he suggested that I buy another Phone (used). I let him order it from Amazon and he also recommended a better speaker system for my TV, which I really did not need. He brought with him some ties so he could combine some of the wires and attach them to legs of chairs and tables, to keep them more organized and off the floor. However, I have had to cut most of them. After installing the ties, I had to purchase a new printer, which meant that all the wire ties to the printer table leg had to be cut. Also, I had to cut all the wires to the living room television for similar reasons. Shortly after Landon second visit, I started having lots of problems with my computer. I had to call Nathan to complain about the problems, and he came over to fix it. It seems like I had a virus because of the problems with the computer. He charged me. I sent to Landon an email with attachments, taken right from my computer, to show that I was still having problems. He never replied. The Phone that he purchased for me has stopped working, and I have tried many times to contact him to get the order information so I can contact Amazon. There are no records from Amazon showing that I purchased it from them, and I must have them in order to return the phone. He has never replied. I have also contacted Nathan asking for help, and he has not called or emailed me either. Do you think that the time and services that they performed should cost $1000??? The fact that neither Nathan nor Landon have ever replied to my many calls and emails is the most troubling--especially after paying them a thousand dollars!! Here is an addition to the above posting: In addition to the $1000 that I paid them, I now have to purchase a second cell phone, because the first one stopped working after three months, so no I am out $500 more! I would not have complained--at all--if either of them would have called me to give me the info on how to return the broken cell phone.

I've bought two rebuilt computers from Nathan and I won't use anyone else.

We have purchased two rebuilt laptops from Nathan and both have worked for over two years now with zero issues. Nathan is always very helpful when we have questions or need service work done. Highly recommend!
