Obviously, not very well. I consider it very unprofessional and uncaring to not make any contact for resolution from a 20 year plus customer.

We had used them in the past, so we stuck with them. We are happy with their work. I would recommend them to anybody else. The price hadn't been too bad. I know that they come by Friday and the house is clean like if they are so.
