It was spread out over eight months because he was going through personal issues I guess with his home life..
I think that contributed to his being a little distant and cold at times.
His work was okay and I was satisfied. When there was trouble afterwords, he came willingly and fixed it promptly.
Probably your experience will be somewhat more relaxed and less edgy.

"I just spoke with [member name removed] on the phone he did not remember the review. the reason the payments where spread out is because his on a fixed income and we agreed that he could make payments. we require payment at time of service but due to[member name removed] fixed income i felt the need to help him out and agreed to payments he could afford. do to his age and health I always try to drop what we are doing and fix his AC or heat . I do tend to concentrate on my work and fixing the problem, to get it back running asap due to his age and health, If I was in any way cold to you [member name removed] I apologize, it was not intended. we have been in business for 15 years and strive for customer satisfaction!
