Damagedf all of my door frames and baseboards. Carpeted over my crawl-space access and closet door tracks. Broke trim around closet door in one room. Used my Dyson Vacuum cleaner (purchased 1/24/10) to clean up the job! The filled the cannister so full that it clogged the filters and damaged the motor. When I complained the told me that they do have thier own vacuum cleaners; but that the nromally do not vacuum after laying carpet and by using my vacuum they were "just trying to help me". Then they accused me of "just wanting money". I take responsibilty for not doing my homework. In speaking with friends and colleagues, everyone has had a bad experience with this company. In my state, Civil and Criminal Court Dockets and Inmate/Offender profiles are public records and there is ample evidence to prove that they are criminals.
