A pipe burst on Friday afternoon and left 2 inches of water in my bedroom and bathroom. After calling 2 companies that couldn't come out until Monday, I called Aladen. They understood the emergency and assured me they could come out after completing 2 other jobs they were currently on. They arrived in an hour, which sooner than they had told me. They were professional and extracted all the water from the carpet, and took steps to address the potential mold problem. Months later there is no mold and they kept the water from seeping and ruining my wood floors.

They showed up on time, were very nice and had the bedrooms cleaned in no time. After they left, you couldn't tell they were there at all except for very clean carpets.
