Jeff Brand, the owner did a good job on the front porch railings and hanging the Kitchen cabinet knobs.  That's it.

I had scrapped part of the house's old peeling paint (exterior).  That is the only part of the house that got scrapped; he litterally painted over obvious peeling paint. 

He painted the interior side of the exterior doors, poorly, and only one coat, so you can see the old dark paint - it looks like a 9 year old painted it. 

When my wife attempted to point out flaws in his work, he dismissed her saying, "You could knitpick my work all day long, but this is a rent house." 
1. The poor quality of workmanship, I could find flaws for a good part of a day.
2. This is a rent house, which he was paid $2300 to finish.  Should the purpose of the property have anything to do with the quality of work? - No.

I am also missing paint and caulking from the jobsite.  Mr. Brand told me the paint went bad, yet he did not give any proof of this.
 
He was supposed to put a second coat of polyurothane on the kitchen cabinets and didn't, or if he did, he didn't sand between coats, so the surface is rough to the touch.
