Prompt...from calling to confirm my online request, to arrival for my estimate, to keeping exact time for my appt. to stretch and clean carpet. Very cordial and professional. They also gave advice and tips on maintenance of carpet. They gave us an estimate on cleaning tile and grout,which we requested, once we saw they were doing good work. We plan to use them for that in the near future.

This company ROCKS! We live with 3 dogs and 1 cat. I did not think there was hope for our den/living room rug or our couch, but this company got both looking brand new! I will never use another company but Certified. Polite, on time, courteous and did a fantastic job!

This is a family owned business. I was quoted a price over the phone which was clearly under quoted for all the work they did. It was more involved than what we had thought when talking on the phone. Todd didn't try to charge me more. The work they did was clearly worth much more money. I ended up paying him more than was quoted because I just couldn't take advantage of him which I was more than happy to do because of the work performed and his integrity. I really recommend he and his company. They truly know what they are doing.
