Poorly. The company is less than ten minutes from our home. Communication was difficult due to several factors - the attitude of the Secretary and getting them to return calls. Our home had been owned by a family that highly recommended the use of this company. The first year they did maintenance on our system without incident. When it came to doing manor work they were costly, lacked necessary expertise on the type of repairs needed and although they guaranteed their work they demanded payment within 3 days on shoddy work. The repair cost several thousand dollars and accomplished nothing. We had to get a different company to do the repairs. We will NEVER use this company again.

"Ms [Member Name Removed]. Your recollection of this event is quite poor. First, all of your service and maintenance invoices totaled together over a two year period was $1,044.30. The last time you called you demanded that someone come to your house immediately. Our office manager was new on the job and everyone was out that morning on calls. She told you you someone would get to you that day, but you called back a few hours later and chewed her out and told her we were never to come on your property again. We are sorry that you were not happy with our service as we strive to meet all our customer's needs as well as we can. Our staff is more than qualified to service the equipment you have and in fact, one of the few companies in the area that has been trained and certified to work on your particular equipment."

They have been fantastic to us. They went to court with us to show what a previous contractor did and didn't do. They did everything. They went above and beyond. They got eight people out and told them that we needed to get in our house. They have made sure that we are safe and OK. They made things right without charging.

They are fantastic. It has been a wonderful experience. They saved me and I had a heat exchanger go out and I didn't have money to do it because it was two weeks out of warranty. He went the extra mile, went to the representative, got him to accept the warranty even though it was two weeks off and at the end he asked me how much I could afford to pay and I said you tell me what and he said well $200 to my boys and that is all I care about and that is all he charged me. I wouldn't use anyone else for heating and air. I probably will have him out next month to service my air conditioner. He actually put this unit in about 15 years ago. Everything I have had from him has been excellent. They are very responsive as I called them on Saturday and I didn't expect them to be out here till Monday and they were here within two hours.
