It went very well. My girl did a fantastic job and worked all the pinpoints I asked for. If there was any downside it was the fact I was so relaxed I really wanted to just enjoy the experience and the atmosphere and she was a bit chatty but not enough for me to not recommend or for me not to go back! Very relaxing atmosphere with dim lighting and relaxing music. I loved it!

My mother and I both loved our massages. I would definitely go again. The staff are always very friendly and I have never had any complaints.

I had an appointment for a regular facial and full body massage. Both were excellent. I visit the spa every couple months, and I never regret an appointment. The facials are very thorough. They are comparable to facials that I have received from spas in and around Los Angeles, California.

Overall it was much better than I ever expected. I was very pleased with my services! I was brought right back it only took about 45 min. The technician kept a relaxing atmosphere and was very professional.

Arrived early and waited in waiting room with comfortable chairs, water and snacks available.  Was in the waiting room for a short period of time before I was greated by the technician. I had an appointment with Lori for a chemical peel facial. I was treated with respect and had a relaxing facial. 
I have had pedicures and manicures at the spa along with massages for the last few years.  I have had about 6 chemical peels and my husband has monthly massages at the spa.  Their prices are very comparable to other spas and I am always treated with respect and feel comfortable with the staff.

They are always friendly from their reminder calls to when you walk in all the way till you leave. Very blessed that I don't have to drive to the city to receive service w/ excellent care.

Guess they wasn't making it as Image Quest so changed location and name. Finding the "front" desk was a task in itself as it's behind the nail stations. The dark haired woman at the desk was about as unprofessional as I've ever seen. Her directions to the room with the blue carpet were awkward and she really didn't want to be there in the first place. What's with the blue carpet room anyway? I got a decent hair cut and foil color. The stylist was pleasant and professional. The woman at the reception desk kept leaving and that left the stylist answering the phone and addressing walk in customers. I was charged and extra $10 for additional foils I didn't request which I thought was weird. Overall, the stylist was professional and competent but that's where the professionalism stopped.

Lori is very professional, makes clients feel comfortable in an uncomfortable procedure. I was early, Lori actually got me in a little early, worked with me all the way through the waxing with helpful tips. Would recommend to everyone!

Signed up for membership and get a monthly massage at a discounted rate.  Credit Card is automatically charged, call and make your appointment and relax.  Awesome
