I rate them high because I had problems with my ceiling paint and I called them up. They came and looked up and gave me paint to compensate it. They were good. They answered all my questions. They were informative. They gave me matching paint for my cabinets so that I don't have to paint all of that. They did so much for me. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. They gave me new ideas. I had a brown glaze on a green cabinet and they told me how to change that looks so that I don't have to repaint those cabinets. I think they give cost effective ideas.
