Appliance Repair
I had Sellers out to my house a total of 4 times, twice for a malfunctioning dryer and twice for a dishwasher. I paid him well over $200 for parts and labor. Neither of the appliances are working properly. The dishwasher, as a matter of fact, wouldn't close properly after he 'fixed' the top rack. and it leaked after his supposed repairs which it had never done previously. The dishwasher is relatively new. His solution for the problem was to advise me to haul the dishwasher to his shop for him to further 'tinker' with it to see if he could find out what was wrong. Based on my experience with Mr. Sellers I have to conclude that he doesn't know his business very well, nor does he know much about customer service and service outcomes. I'd advise staying far away from this appliance service. • • •
