After the roof was complete, I noticed I still had a leak.  I called them and they came right out and ran a bead of caulk along the edge of the roof where it joins the upstairs.  They seemed confident the problem was fix so I had the sheetrock repaired in the closet.  The next hard rain the sheetrock was wet.  I have determined all 3 leaks I had originally are still there.  Plus one new vent cover doesn't fit the pipe properly so I have a leak there.  I am going to have the house sided to try to move the wall to roof joint out and see if that helps with some of the leaks.  The siding company recommended before I have it sided  I have Mr Fixit come back and remove some of the existing siding and flash the roof to wall joint properly.  When they did the roof they assured me they would make sure it was flashed correctly.   I called and explained my problem and was told they were covered up with storm damage estimates but would get out to see what the problem was the next week.  That was a month ago.  I've given up and am going to cut the siding away and pull some shingles up and put new flashing on it myself.  It dis-heartening to spend that much money for a new roof and actually end up with more leaks than I started with.
