Bad. After two trips, the leak couldn't be found. Paid for two trips even though I probably should have only paid for one. Spent a bunch of money and had absolutely nothing to show for it after this. Two other servicemen came by after this and found the leak within 30 minutes or so. Their assessment of leak location was the same, even though they didn't know what the other had found.

We are very happy with them. They are very professional, time oriented, he was on time. He gave us an estimate with options. They installed the unit and there was an adjustment that needed to be made and he was over here the next morning.
