"After assessing {Member name Removed}'s problem, we determined that he would need a new pump, pressure tank & tank installation package, we informed {Member name Removed} that we did not stock jet pumps and quoted him a price to replace his jet pump with a submersible pump along with a pressure tank and all the material needed to do this replacement. {Member name Removed}'s said he would like to purchase the jet pump from Lowe's and have us install it, while at Lowe's I called {Member name Removed} and informed him of additional parts he would need to purchase to replace the jet pump at that point {Member name Removed}'s authorized us to install the submersible pump. I was surprised to see his comment to Angie's List considering we only followed the customer's instructions. We arrived in a timely manner, assessed the problem, informed the customer of what was needed to repair his system, informed him what the cost would be, allowed him to try to purchase the jet pump somewhere else and basically did everything we could to please the customer in a professional manner. After installing our system {Member name Removed} seemed pleased to have running water again and I have not heard from him concerning any problems with the system. I feel his comments and ratings are very unfair and unjust considering we were only doing what we were instructed to do. {Member name Removed} was under no obligation to us to replace the jet pump with a submersible pump if that wasn't what he wanted to do or was not comfortable with the charges."
