At first they were very responsive to get the state approval to install the system. The approval and beginning of the installation was very delayed. When they finally got to putting the system in, it took only 6 hours. They left 2 large piles of dirt and said they would return to take away the dirt after it settled over the new installation. After 3 months I started to make calls about the dirt piles and got one excuse after another. It is now July and they still have not contacted me. In April I rented a Bobcat to get rid of the dirt myself. They still have not given me any paperwork about how to operate and troubleshoot the new system, nor have they given me the warranty paperwork. I paid them in full in February. I am still trying to find a valid phone number to contact them. Yet hank God the system is working good!
