Hibdon Tires Plus Auto Care

I made an appointment to have the tires installed. I arrived at the appointed time, but it took 1 hour for them to tell me that the tire size they got from the computer did not match with the vehicle specs, so I chose the correct size tire to install. It took another hour to mount the tires and check alignment. I made the appointment because I have a tight time schedule and they have had a history of long waits. They still sell good products at a fair price, but they need to improve the wait times.

I have not been done for major work there. All I give is to say on rating stuff in case of automotive, I only go to places where I trust and they please with as far as I go there often.

I really enjoy going to this particular Hibdon location and have for a long time. I very rarely have complaints. The staff is super professional, and I can honestly say that with or without appointment you rarely spend a ton of time waiting. I am signed up as a gold card member and often receive coupon books and specials that cannot be beat anywhere else. I outfit a 3/4 ton diesel and I travel a lot in it, so things have to be reliable. I get the best tire prices here, hands down. I had a bit of issue the last time I went with the alignment (which had to be followed up with a Chevrolet due to an idler and pitman arm issue). Chevrolet claims that Hibdon should have seen the glaring issue with the looseness of the front end as the tires could be manipulated by hand. Maybe they should have, as they do specialize in wheels and tires, but that honestly is my only issue to date.
