Frontier Plumbing

He charged us $150 for NOT fixing the problem. He did not unclog the drains, the bathroom flooded and when we called he said he would charge us again. We called someone else and he fixed it no problem. So you need to call anyone but this guy!

He showed up just when he said he would. I was surprised that his attire was so clean cut and professional (clean overalls, long sleeve shirt and very clean very wide brimmed straw hat (the other plumbers I have tried in town were more noticeable for their unfinished tattoos.)...
I showed him were the problem was and that we had had the same problem last year and had to have the drain snaked then (that time a wet wipe was the culprit). Then he went to measuring the yard. I thought that was weird, but I suppose he was just getting an idea of where and how long the sewer lines might be. He was grateful that I put the dog on a leash because he said it might have eaten him (our dog is sort of big. )
After a few minutes of that, he went right onto the roof and got to work. In about 10-15 minutes the snaking was done and both the tub and toilet were draining again. The plumber, Shawn, showed me the evidence from the drain. What was it? A plastic frog! So... no more tiny toys in the bathtub!
All in all I was very pleased with how Shawn from Frontier plumbing helped us and I will definitely use him again (I just hope we don't have too!).

Ron Callahan and his father own the business. I think $85 didn't sound too out of range I was expecting $100 to $200 as I didn't what he had to do. This is the first time I have ever used him. He was recommended by a heating and air-conditioning company whom I used. His service is pretty good. He was very friendly and had courteous manner. I am an elderly woman and those qualities are important. He is pretty professional. He had time frame between noon and 3 o'clock and he got here on time. We he came to the door, he introduced himself. I would call him again.
