I found the employees to be exceptional. They were friendly and explained everything that the problem could be and the cost. Turns out the problem was something else and they repaired it in a very timely manner and within the cost quoted!! I have insurance on my cell phone thru ATT. It was going to cost me $250 co-pay. The BachLAN employees repaired it for $85. Definitely work the choice I made. I have NO complaints on this situation!! I have and will continue to recommend this shop to my friends - or anyone. I was very pleased!!

The one they ordered was the wrong one and they had to reorder it. This happened twice. By the time I finally got my phone back, it appeared to work at the store. When I got home, there was no service at all. Zero. I could not receive calls or make calls. When I called AT&T they said my warranty was not good because I had gone to an outside provider. I had to buy a new phone. The company did not care and did not offer to make things right at all.

"We are sorry for this if your device was not working you should have been refunded your cost. If your device was by chance a note there was a issue with the part being stamped with the wrong model number."
