This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any dealership or mechanic! I took my SUV to these people because my check engine light came on and it had been revving up to like 4000 to 5000 rpm's before changing gears. They told us it needed a new timing chain. This was on a Friday. They told me to bring it back the following Wednesday. I explained to them I work nights and had to work Thursday night. He assured me it would be done and ready to pick up by Thursday evening. So I dropped it off at 0800 Wednesday morning. I called Thursday afternoon. The guy said they had to remove my motor from my car so it wouldn't be ready until Friday. I had to call in to work due to lack of transportation. They denied me any kind of rental or courtesy car. Friday afternon came and my husband called to see if we could pick it up. The guy said it wouldn;t be ready until Saturday. Needless to say, we were very frustrated. I knew the service dept closed at noon on Saturday, so we called around 1030 Saturday. "It won;t be ready until Monday" he said. He blamed it on how busy they had been and how many cars they have to work on. We asked them if my vehicle had priority at this point, with no answer given. We told them I HAD to have it Monday because I had to work again Monday night. My husband called them Monday around 1530. The guy said it should be ready by 4:30pm. Then he added that now the engine is "throwing a code" saying my AC temp sensor was bad. I had had NO trouble with my AC when I took it to them. He asked if we wanted it fixed, stated it would not be covered under my extended warranty, and estimated "somewhere between $600 and $800". We told him not right now because I had to go to work in like 2 hours. When we picked it up I asked him what kind of symptoms might the vehicle have due to this new code that's messed up. He said "it'll just blow hot air instead of cold or vice versa, whichever temperature it's stuck on." Sure enough, as soon as I got in my car it was blowing air so hot I'm pretty sure it was heated by h*** itself. I wound up taking it to a mechanic instead and got it fixed for....get this... $280. Yeah. Sounds legit, right?! I'll NEVER go back to this place again!!
