Gave raby plumbing $4500 to replace some drain pipes in my house which included drywall to fix the damaged walls. The drywall was poorly done and had cost and extra $500. The job took four days despite being told it would take two and every day I had to call ask when they would be getting there. Then when the pipes burst they refused to put the drywall back up and dodged my calls for weeks. Most times the plumbers said they had received no calls despite leaving messages with office. Repeated attempts to speak with owner were denied.

Kenneth from Raby Plumbing showed up on time, walked around the house, we did get a whiff of the sewer smell. It took quite a bit of prodding for him to even look under the house in the crawl space and he only got in about half way into the opening. He did not instruct me to run water or anything to check for leaks.

He then promptly left and said let me make some phone calls and I will call you in an hour. I went to get lunch and never heard anything back. I called and he said he had moved on to another ticket he had and said he was not coming back. I then called the office and the receptionist said she would talk to the owner and that I had a bill for $125. I told her I was not going to pay for such inadequate service. I never heard back and called the office several times on Thurs. and the receptionist could not get ahold of the owner..and they did not have a more experienced plumber to assist me.

Also I had 2 days off to take care of this issue and it did not get resolved.

The actual issue cost me $3 and with proper inspection would have been detected. A friend who is a contractor immediately found the issue, a crack in the 4in sewer cap that was sticking out of the yard. It had a hole in it and was leaking sewer gas into the dryer vent. I bought the replacement cap from Lowes for $3 and it took 5min.

I would never use this company for anything.

They were expensive. We had them out twice. They were good and professional but they are expensive. They are busy. It's hard to get into them. It's hard to have somebody out here. Usually, you will have to wait for a service call and they charge a little bit more than other people in the area. They were really punctual. They were great but they were way expensive and hard to get out. There's a waiting list. They would not be my first choice.

I called them that morning and they sent 2 guys out. They called before they came. They were nice and explained everything to me. They worked for an hour or so on the tub faucet that I'd been having trouble installing; even said if it started leaking again soon, call and they'd come back. So far, so good! They were at my house maybe 1.5-2 hours. Thank you!

They do a good job. The work depends on the technician who comes out. It’s not that they are bad but some are better than the others. They are very good.

When we moved into our house one of the showers wasn't working, even though the bathtub faucet worked. We called and arranged to have Rabys come- they were recommended by family. The day before they were supposed to come our washing machine started backing up into our garage. When they came I described the shower problem and asked if he could also look at the washing machine issue- and he was able to do so. The service tech worked efficiently. He assessed and checked the washing machine while he worked on the diverter. After he fixed the diverter he explained why there was a problem and advised us so we wouldn't have the problem in the future. Our washing machine drain pipe hadn't been used in while and had apparently "dried out" so it wasn't draining properly. He fixed the issue and asked me before he snaked it one last time in case I didn't think it was necessary - and to ensure that I wanted to pay for his time there. I appreciated that. He was very polite and respectful. I will definitely use this company again.
