I initially out to fix the issue but it was not completely right, but we did not know. They came back out quickly to fix the issue at no charge. There was just natural wear and tear causing the issue, and he was able to fix the problem. The owner was the one who came out and did the job. He worked very well with my dad especially with communication.

Mike Caudill replaced our old water heater and repaired the bathtub handles which weren't working well due to corrosion. They left the work area clean and even hauled the old water heater away. Would recommend them to my friends.
