Found burned control panel, gave estimate for repair, recommended getting new one.

Advised us that the repair cost would be $331 and gave us the opportunity to replace it rather than repair, which we did.

He helped me get the warranty worked out so the price was only $100 for the warranty copay, so they saved me a lot of money because had they not told me about the warranty and helped me work it out it would have cost me $600. They are a family owned company and are very reputable and helpful. They have a lot of integrity.
