House was finished in mid Oct 2012 and first owner moved in Nov 2012 and put back on the market 1/1/2013 and I bought 4/2013.  When I turned on AC in late April 2013 it worked for about 3 or 4 days and then went hot.  I called my AC repair people and they found the compressor 4 lbs short.  The copper line from the house to the AC had not been welded properly and all the coolant had leaked out.  With further inspection, found the heat exhaust pipe in the attic collapsed and one of the cool air returns had a large leak coming into the heat unit because it had not been taped properly.  Also, an air outlet into the house was undersized and not attached to a beam but just laying on top of the sheet rock.  Makes me wonder what lays under all the insulation.  Would not recommend this company.

Work was professional. Installed strategically and were conscious of our needs and comfort. They were here everyday until the work was complete. Very nice people and did very neat work. Very competitive price.

Technician came out the day I called the company and gave me the news - new AC unit was needed. Options were given so that the costs and wait time could be kept at a minimum, but a good, long-lasting product could be installed. The initial wait time proposed was 2-3 weeks, but due to the diligence of the technician, a brand new unit was installed within 4 days.

I have used this company for several years now and have been very pleased with their work. The serviceman was very honest, knowledgeable and he followed my instructions precisely. I would definitely refer them to others.
