BEWARE!!!! This is the WORST company to have come install and fix ANY Heat and Air. Not only did they install my NEW air conditioner unit wrong, they charged me for maintenance on said air conditioner when it wasn't working even though I had a 5 year warranty. The unit was installed less than a year ago and already I have had to have them come out 5 times. Over the weekend I called yet again because the unit stopped working, and they blocked my number, and now will not accept my calls!! When I had a different company come look at my unit they informed me that my new unit has purposely "fixed" to break often. Beware of this company. They take your rebate on your new unit and does not apply that amount to anything, they just pocket it and then charge for warranty service you should never have to pay!!! I have reported them to the BBB for not only double dipping, but for fraudulent work. Please DO NOT USE this contractor. Thank you, Janet Fitzgerald
